Emergent behavior in quorum-sensing bacteria

Series
Self-Organization
Description
This model introduces the concept of emergence and reinforcing feedback by using simulated bacteria as a platform. Using three types of agent-sets; bacteria, autoinducers, and antiquorums this model works as a proof of concept that demonstrates how individual bacteria (agents) may rely on reinforcing-feedback to work collectively in producing an emergent phenomena.
