Thank you for your interest in the Complexity Challenges. To enroll in open Challenges, you first need to apply and be admitted. Due to their nature, Complexity Challenges are best suited for students with experience in the study of complex systems. These Challenges are meant to be a capstone experience for your study - a chance to practice and apply everything you have learned up to now.

I am an alum of a Santa Fe Institute face-to-face educational program (e.g. Complex Systems Summer School, Research Experience for Undergraduates, etc)

I am an alum of a non-SFI face-to-face complex systems educational program

I have completed three or more Complexity Explorer courses and earned certificates in all of them

I have completed other courses or programs that I consider equivalent

I have research or work experience that I consider equivalent
